Position Summary

Native is seeking a QA engineer with test automation experience to join the technology team. The ideal candidate should be well versed in both manual and automated testing.  

Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with developers to test new requirements.
• Create and execute test plan prior to new application releases.
• Contribute to the testing framework to automate test cases.
• Work closely with stakeholders (e.g. Traders, Quants and Operations) to ensure quality and reliability needs of the business are met.
• Contribute to inter-team and cross-team efforts to enforce standards and ensure adherence to optimum software designs patterns.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or computing related degree
• 2-3 years’ of relevant experience, preferably in the web3 sector
• Proficiency in Typescript is a mandatory requirement
• Experience with full stack development and test automation is a mandatory requirement
• Well-versed with modern technologies and tech stacks such as NestJS, PostgreSQL, Redis and React 
• Proficient in NodeJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL
• Strong knowledge of software QA tools and best practices 
• Passionate in both traditional finance and cryptocurrency markets
• Excellent grasp of software engineering principles

Advantageous to have:

• Experience with UI automation tools such as cypress, playwright, etc 
• Experience with hardhat and foundry for smart contract testing
• Experience with Dockers, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools 
• Knowledge of other technologies such as CI/CD, C/C++, Solidity
• Familiarity with cloud computing services (e.g. AWS, Alibaba Cloud)
